OSU was good, not great, before Cooper. Every year since Woody, they were one of the two best teams in the big 10. The big 10 was a perennial weak conference, with only Ohio State and Michigan worth a damn.
Earle Bruce was a good coach for Ohio State. Ohio State fans are awful. So they replaced Bruce with Cooper. Awful decision.
Anyway, big 10 is still a weak conference except for Ohio State and maybe one other team on any given year.

I was a Hoosier fan when they were awful on Defense but Sudfeld would bail them out and then get hurt and Diamont would make them gawd awful

Husker fans are making a move for the dumbest fans in college football. Gee, I wonder why Hoosier fans would come out of the woodwork after years of losing?
