Nice guy, respected, most wins ever in any sport. I'd hate to think that he's not considered an All Time great because of not winning a NC.
The Marty Schottenheimer/Jim Mora of College baseball.

Of course he’s an all time great. Just goes to show that even one of the greatest coaches ever doesn’t mean shite in Omaha; it’s anyones game

40 wins in each of his 40 seasons is absolutely incredible. That will never be touched

Marv Levy/Bud Grant. He got to his sport’s peak. He just had no clue what to do when he got there.

Top tier is Skip, Dedeaux, Garido.

I’d put Martin just below that.

One of Goats, what he did with KST is beyond remarkable. He took the worst Division 1 program, and was a td or so away from playing for a national title or 2.

They had stats about some of his teams, and how his 2 deep was full of 2 stars, walk ons, etc.

I never took a shot at Martin, i was curious how people felt, with all of the wins, CWS appearances, great players and no titles.
