KC Chiefs need to fire him ASAP. The fact that while he was supposed to be planning for the NFL season, he was shooting his son up, and feeding his other son Booze, while he was driving.

He is modern Don Shula. A guy with some good teams, some great teams, and a lot of good offenses, who won Super Bowls but isn't on that Bill B tier.

Gotta mention the late Jim Johnson.
He had free reign with the defense in Philly and played a huge part in their success.

Sometimes kids are just frickups. Speaking from experience. My mother, father, stepfather, grandparents, all involved in raising me, weren't responsible for the assbrained decisions I made due to my own self entitlement. I made those decisions, I dealt with the consequences, I made things right in the end. Not one of those people I love and brought me up were responsible for the decisions I made. And they weren't responsible for fixing my ills. My problems, caused by my decisions, were mine to solve. Didn't ask for help, didn't need their help. I needed to make better decisions if I wanted my life to end up better than dead or in jail. I, my, me is the theme. Just as the father's sins aren't the son's, the son's aren't the father's.

It’s kind of crazy to think how much different the NFL landscape could have looked if the Packers had hired Reid when Holmgren left instead of Ray Rhodes. Reid would have controlled Favre better than Rhodes, Mike Sherman and Mike McCarthy did, then he would have been able to coach Rodgers. Packers would have probably had the NFC locked down for 20 years.

Do you not have siblings? I can speak from experience when I say kids raised by the very same parents, in the very same house, given the exact same opportunities (or lack thereof), can have very different lives based on their personal decisions.

Definitely a top 5 coach. He has very few seasons without a good record. His offense has always been successful. He is probably one of the best offensive minds in nfl history if not the best.
