As the week has gone on many of the nba players that I have heard on nba radio say the Lakers easily won the trade.
Only asset I regret them giving up is Hart and the picks from 2024 on.
Ball and Ingram were not getting resigned once Davis became available. They are good players but neither has shown superstar quality so moving them made sense.
Pick four in a three player draft was not that valuable
Pick swaps I doubt will happen as the Lakers will be better for the next four years.

So again really look at what’s happened with the Pelicans since Dell Demps was let go. Are you REALLY saying that even thinking about winning a playoff series 3 or more years from now is a bridge too far? I mean really?
