Not many teams you could put together would beat this group. You could rotate a few guys with Shaq who are also all timers.

Shaq is the attitude I want at the 5. I have skill for days at every position, and I want a fricking unstoppable hammer at the 5

Yeah I agree. The obvious con to Shaqs game is terrible FT% and limits spacing, but the pros outweigh the cons. He gets you an easy bucket near the rim when you need it while dominating the paint defensively. Theres a reason he has rings.

Limits spacing? Might wanna check his teams 3point percentages and open 3 point looks. Nobody created more space than Shaq because he had to be doubled every possession.

These are not the best individual at their position, (beside Jordan) but imagine trying to score on these guys.

how old are you actually? because if you were old enough to watch and comprehend shaq at his best in 2000 to 2002, then you wouldn't type something so silly.

I watched Shaq’s entire career

So how was his highest playoff ppg at 30.7, while Joker put up 31 last year?

How does Joker stand alone on so many records where I don’t see Shaq?

Yes he was a freak of nature physically, he backed you down then dunked on you. But Jokic is still more efficient as a scorer, just as good a rebounder and we won’t even touch on passing/play making ability.

Stats don’t lie.

Sure they do when you don’t know how to interpret them or you use selective stats. Look at Shaq in the finals compared to Joker, it’s not even close. See how that works?

PG-Magic, SG-Jordan, PF-Jokic, C-Shaq, and SF-Bird. They're a lot of great centers and some I would def take over Shaq because of their skill and all-around skill they possessed like a Olajuwon, Wilt, Jabbar, and a Jokic. But none of these centers possessed Shaq's unique power, dude could be an absolute bull with the ball that could go through anyone or overpower anyone. That's why I put him at center in this group, all the other players around him possess all the skills that he doesn't have and can make up for it. But they can just drop passes off on this big tank and watch players get out of his way as he assaults the goal.

In todays NBA

Curry
MJ
Bird
Duncan
Jokic

Jokic handling the ball with 3 legit shooters is scary.

It’s not even close? What the frick are you on?

Joker recorded the first and only 30,20,10 game in the Finals. Not Shaq
He set the record for most assists by a C ever in the Finals with 14. Not shaq
He’s the first and only player to ever lead the playoffs in points, rebounds, and assists.
Not shaq
He set the record for most triple doubles in a playoff with 10. Not shaq
He averaged 52.9 pts, rebs, and assists in the playoffs, Shaqs best was 49.3.

Shaq in the Finals put together an average of 50 pts, rebs, and assists.

Joker just put together 51 pts, rebs, assists.

Jokic is more dominant than Shaq ever was, even accounting for Shaqs insane 38 ppg against the Pacers. Because of Jokers assist making he’s responsible for more points.

See how that works?

I love Shaq btw, but he couldn’t create and he couldn’t hit a 5 foot jump shot to save his life. Doesn’t matter how strong he was, Joker scores just as good AND adds assists and playmaking to a team. Not to mention a basic jump shot

What about the other half of the game? Defense. Safe to say SHAQ complete throttles Jokic in that category, no?
