Okay that's fine but where is the cutoff? 75%? 50%? If you're making the argument that if it offends somebody somewhere it should be changed, then that's a pretty slippery slope

So what number has to be reached?

Majority?
Plurality?
1/2 the man's age plus 7?
The Homo Number (3%)?

Which slippery slope worries you? The National Congress of American Indians wants the name changed. They make up a small percentage of the population compared to other races. Should we just tell them to get over it because a bunch of white people aren't offended by it or just don't care?

Where is it in the constitution that people have the right not to be offended?

When you find it let me know, because there is plenty of PC shite that offends me

It's all ginned up fake political outrage. There is no outrage from actual nfl fans.

The Constitution? I haven't made any legal arguments. Why do I need to reference the Constitution?

Pretty fricking lame to be "offended" by the name of a football team. People need to focus their time on more pressing issues.

Pretty much. They don't have to watch or support the NFL if they don't like. I'm sure they won't be missed.
