Patriots vs Titans 2003 Divisional round playoff game. Something like 4 degrees at kick with the wind chill being -10.

Those metal bench seats in Lambeau really suck in the cold

Styrofoam pad under your butt and cardboard under your boots is my trick. Mine was definitely a packer game as well but I can't remember the coldest. There were a lot in single digits and it's a blast.

That reminds me of the Naked and Afraid episode where it got down to the 30s in the basin. One of the contestants had previously done an N&A episode in Alaska...in snow in some really low temperature. He swore that he was much colder in the swamp than in Alaska. "Its a different kind of cold here".

No clue what the temperatures were but Alabama-Auburn in the sleet in 2000 and Alabama-LSU in 2002 were miserable.

I was at the 2001 Cotton Bowl between Arkansas and OU, windchill was in the teens and it was sleeting at times. I’ve been to a couple games that were colder but none that felt colder.

I was 19 and made it to the game since I was in Orlando at the time. I was still hammered from the new years eve party the night before and that game was miserable. My whole family made the trip. At half time my mom and two sisters bailed and went to the car

Me and my dad ended up moving as close we could to see us lose on that pathetic excuse of a field

Eagles at Falcons. Wildcard playoff. Christmas Eve 1978. Atlanta FulCo. There was a freezing rain the night before and they had to sledgehammer the tarp to remove it.
North Pole (Jaworski) vs South Pole (Bartkowski).
Falcons won when the Eagles missed a late 4th Q field goal.

Ala/Aub game in Tusc where it was sleeting was really cold in early 2000's, I think Aub won 9-0. I gave my tix away and watched in a bar, good call.

That was a great call. Sitting there freezing my wet arse off, knowing we were going to lose, but the score was close enough where you couldn’t. I was pretty young but I remember being pretty conflicted, wishing Auburn would just score a TD so we could all go home.

I have immediate family in MT I visit multiple times a year and they always say the same thing... and they ain’t lyin either. 32 degrees down here is twice as bad as 32 there.
