What's the biggest "dead" rivalry?

Doesn't really matter at what level of sport. Could be at the pro, college, or even international level if you want.

I'm going Dodgers vs Yankees. Still the most common world series match up even though the last time the two played each other in a world series was in 1981. They have only played each other 10 times since the 81 world series.

Celtics/Lakers. Sad how ESPN still tries to push that game like Bird and Magic are still playing, when America really doesn't give a shite when they play anymore unless they're both good.
