Every time someone mentions how Messi is GOAT and better then Pele he goes apeshit in disbelief. Messi plays at like a Jordan-seq level right now. ( and he's under the age of 26.)

Crazy and a little bit true.
Crazy cause you get maybe 3-4 World Cups with 3 games guaranteed.
So you have 9-12 games + a few to cement your legacy.
But honestly, my American centric view of the sport puts a lot of weight on the World Cup. I don't know if that is how Euros look at it with all the different Cups and competitions you can win with your club team.

Didn't they do a GOAT list...and I'm pretty sure Wilbon's GOAT list had a black player in every sport atop his list except hockey and men's tennis...women (not sure with his Williams sister love.)
