Every year I've coached I've run a spread out of the pistol and put my best athlete at QB.

Yeah I bet you want Michigan to go back to spread right?

That was just plain ignorant. Bama in 09 was pro style.

Michigan regressed badly on offense this year.

Also you proved my point in 2009 Bama had the 42nd ranked offense totally underachieving considering they had a top 5 OL that year and 2 great runningbacks

Sometimes the best offense doesnt rank the highest or put up the biggest stats

Bama got away with an underachieving offense because of their D

Probably the I formation with about 60% running plays. Use the run game to open the passing threat off play action and feature the TE.

I am really disappointed at LSU's TE prodution this year in that offense

A ball control offense goes a long way in making a defense successful.

I don't buy that. That D would be great no matter what.

No huddle spread. I like Oklahoma style offense a lot. Solid running game but known for passing

It mainly depends on what kind of talent you have on your team

Pro-style with a mobile QB. Give him plenty of run/pass options with the goal would be to get him 10 carries a game or so. I would try to find a Harvin back too.

You'd be borderline insane not to do so if you're playing high school or lower.
