Detroit Lions - they were a playoff team already with Barry Sanders and Herman Moore.

Definately would have gone further with someone more consistent than Scott Mitchell. Watching some of their games from the 90s, some games he was on the money and others he absolutely shite the bed.

They should've taken Marino in '83.

Definitely the 91-92 Saints.
Bobby Hebert was actually pretty good in ‘92. It was probably his best season of his career. He was ranked in the top 10 in every passing category.

Tampa is the easy choice. That defense was so tough. 4 hall of famers in total they were there at every level of the defense.

The Skins were pretty good in the 90s, but Gus Frerotte couldn't get the job done.

Also with the chiefs you can't forget Steve Bono and Elvis Grbac.
Biggest blunder was starting an injured Grbac over a red hot Rich Gannon in the 97 playoffs.
My baw….that’s the day Chiefs fans were introduced to GM Carl Peterson’s super ego…..lol. They’re still pissed off!
And then there’s Linn Elliott….oh boy!

I know Miami would of won a couple if they could of pulled that trade to bring in Barry Sanders.

1995 Steelers and 1999 Bucs are the two that come to mind that would have had a shot with good QB when it mattered most.

They could have won multiple more Super Bowls with Dan at the helm…..

4th in passing yards, 2nd in passing touchdowns, 1st in passer rating, and 1st team all pro is average?

He was definitely above average but did have a ridiculous amount of talent around him on offense that year. Moss was ridiculous and opened up so much for their other talented players.

Hindsight is 20/20.
They thought Bradshaw had 4-5 years left.

This is true.
The '84 team made the AFCCG against Denver and got spanked and that was the end for Bradshaw and company.
