The Jags have a lease through 2027 so unless the city attorney f's them over like she recently tried to do, it will be VERY expensive for them to buy their way out of Jacksonville. I'll bet the owner's lawyers are looking over her letter REAL close to see if she gave them an out.
Moving the Chargers to LA would be political knife fight so no telling how that would end up.
Musical chairs with the Raiders would probably be another brawl since they've been there and done that and left a bad taste in both communities.
Anyone heading to LA will have to pay major $$$ to get there, but the Nielsen numbers might make it work for whoever loads up the trucks and heads west.

Wy the chargers though? I know know the stadium is a dump(lived out there for awhile) but they have a long history in sd. The rams just belong out there.

The Rams make the most sense. They were there for like 50 years before, the owner who moved them is dead, and they're already in one of the West divisions.
