Not telling the Cavs owner before the decision. Being called the king, no heart, can't finish a game, can't shoot a jumper or a free throw but is being compared to Jordan, doing commercials about education when he skipped college and cared less about high school. See I have not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5, not 6, not 7 excuses as to why I don't care for him.

He is flat out dominant, can you imagine how much suck the Heat would bring if he wasn't on their team? With that said he is a poser, boob and all around maroon largely due to dumping on the Cavs and making the most narcissistic fool of himself possible in The Decision.

That's the thing, MJ TAUNTED the opponent, he was a sociopathic a-hole (which I respect). A lot of what MJ did was for de-motivation (getting inside the head) of the opponent in order to destroy them. Sometimes Lebron and Dwade just strike poses at the crowd like douchebag dumbarses (EXAMPLE: Game 2 of the Finals last year). No purpose other than saying "look at me ain't I cool?"

Yeh I think that's part of his problem as well. He's too wrapped up with his self-image and what people think about him.
I'd respect him more if he fired his PR manager and developed a nasty streak. Show emotion, get in people's faces, taunt opponents, just be an a-hole.
And when i say emotion, not whining/crying at the refs or flopping.
Yes, some people may turn against him and others hate him more, but in the long run I think they'd respect him more and he'd be set free of this image he can never live up to.
I'd sure as hell respect him more.

Co-worker and I had this same discussion, He loves Lebron and I don't and pointed this very reason why I dislike James, among many other reasons.

I would agree with that. I think he has always had a lot of self doubt and has overcompensated for it outwardly, which has led to his douchey image.
