NFL Draft coverage just went to shite. Haven't watched ESPN's in a long time.

They'll basically just use the NFL network draft crew plus Kiper.

Eisen and Jeremiah are lightyears ahead of anything Espn can produce.

The NFL Network did an excellent job with college football broadcasts a few years ago. Most excellent video quality and the broadcasting / pbp / color analysis was good.

honestly, why does $2B sound cheap for all of that?

Amazon is paying $1 billion per year for just Thursday Night Football. Over 11 years, so $11 billion. The TV rights that CBS and Fox has over all the Sunday games would be preposterous, prob $8 billion a year. $100 billion over 12 years. That would be more expensive than buying out all of BP petroleum who makes over 2,400,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.... or 2x the size of ConnoccoPhillips/Phillips66 combined.

Except 95% of the coverage will be about how the draftee's older brother died riding his bicycle 13 years ago.

NFL network is pretty worthless in todays media landscape.

Good Morning Football is one of the best shows on sports TV.

I heard Stephen A. needed more platforms to get his unique perspective out to the masses.

lol no it’s not

It’s better than anything ESPN puts out, but it’s an awful show
