WOW .... I always thought, from the outside looking in, that they had a decent membership (numbers wise)... Guess not ..

I worry about L'Augusta sometimes because of the location and the slow real estate sales. They must be doing ok though, because financial problems usually start to show on the course, and the course is immaculate.

Owner must be in some money trouble or something

I'm sure it will reopen

I want to know why they were wasting time with the sprinklers yesterday.

No doubt

No one seemed to have any knowledge of this at all

The girl at the desk was telling I'd about getting a rain check if it started raining

Yeah, I never thought that they would last ten years ... They have done better than I have thought. We will see.

Where do you play double d?

Normally Cypress Lakes (Old Ormond), probably going to join this fall. They are adding asphalt cart paths right now (no more fricking dusty rocks) and plan on redoing the greens.
I used to belong to Grand Ridge back when it was Willowdale before I had kids and a straight day job. Fashion is the goat ranch less than 1/2 a mile from the house that I only go when my son wants to play....he doesn't want to hit anybody's nice house but there aren't any of those next to Fashion.

I play TPC, English Turn, Audubon,Bartholomew, and Barriere (again with kid) every now and then. Haven't been able to upgrade to L'Agusta status yet but it's coming soon.

Know exactly who you are talking about! There are some crazy arse brothas in that neighborhood, I know most of them from growing up in H'ville. Small enough back then that everybody knew everyone.....and their business.
