The flip of the club face, the speedy gnawing of the jaw when he's lining up putts, the backing off and flipping over and over...

Went ahead and bought the same shaft I had in my driver before it broke in case the pro shop guy can't get it fixed for free.
If he does, then I guess I have an extra shaft to sell.

Well I'm in a bad place as of now. TGW said they should be able o cancel my order with Nike, but it wasn't a guarantee. So I may end up buying 2 drivers this week

Scary week or me, first I end up almost buying 2 iPhones (long story) and now 2 drivers. Plus I have an alumni softball tourney this weekend so there goes a few hundo on drinks. Ready for this week to be over lol
ETA: According to the guy who owns the shop where I bought the driver today, Nike can't make the heads fast enough

I know 3 guys I play with that bought Nike covert. All went back to old drivers. Just saying. I hit it a few timed. Feels ok. Sounds funny and could not get a ball flight I liked. Always low. Ball did jump off the face.

I went with it because I hit the ball high and it supposedly gives a lower flight, plus all the adjustability. I've only hit it in the simulator but I liked the way both models felt

6 got me again at latour. It's not a hard hole. Thinking about hybrid, hybrid just to try and manage that fricker. I know 5 is #1 handi and I think 12 is 2 but frick that 6. It always gets me.

I tried to conquer that hole last time I played. Had been hitting driver well up until that hole but at 6 kept hitting it in the water. Downshifted to 3w last time, split the fairway, then yanked a 6 iron off the map into the water left. It only missed the left bunker by a few feet but when it catches the downslope on those moguls to the left it's gone

And I think it is a very hard hole. Water in play on both sides, especially right, a little ribbon of fairway, funky stances if you're near the moguls on the left.
And the fact that they put it right after a 475 yard par 4 makes it worse. After that hole you hope for a little break but end up having to hit what I think is the most stressful tee shot out there
