I'm from Texas and I live here and I have no clue where Tarleton State is located nor do I understand how they're ranked 21 in the country right now.

Arizona expected to compete for conf title this year and are ranked. Vegas is very low on UNM and had them losing by multiple scores today yet they’re clearly better than expected.
next week spread will probably be Arizona -37. I don’t see it on board now but swore I saw it earlier and it was in the 30s. Will be first game for Arizona and UNM had this warmup up game.

They’re in Stephenville; about 2 hours southwest of Dallas.
That is their FCS ranking.
