I know this may blow your mind but every great NFL dynasty had a hall of fame quarterback. Another crazy idea, it’s easier to win with HOF QBs.
I just want to see a list of all the coaches winning big with scrubs.

Winning with a rookie qb is hard. Pats are 2-4, with two last second losses to one loss teams. And a loss to a pretty good Saints team.
I think belichick is actually doing a very good job this year.

Sure but your theory on protecting Belichek has two glaring weaknesses:
1.) he pushed Brady out. Furthermore, did a shite job trying to keep him happy
2.) he had YEARS to develop a decent back up to Brady. Traded them all away.
He had the easiest situation possible to make the transition. He should have sucked Brady’s D until he had a great back up situation that was going to take over. Instead, he allowed to it fall apart without a transition plan in place.

This is 100% correct. I would like to amend my original statement. Instead of being an average coach, he’s a shitty coach.
Without Brady he wouldn’t have accomplished shite.

True, but how was his record before the GOAT arrived? He was 42-58. Also, he has been to a total of two playoff games without Brady. He’s won one playoff game without Brady.
Brady has four playoff wins and a Super Bowl without a Belichick. Meanwhile, Belichick has one playoff win and winning percentage of 42% prior to GOAT arriving.

They lost to Miami because they fumbled inside the Dolphins' 10 yard line late in the 4th quarter down by a point.
New Orleans legit beat the heck out of them.
They lost to Tampa because Nick Folk hit the upright.
They lost to Dallas in overtime.
Let's not act like they're the '76 Buccaneers. They're arguably a few plays away from being 5-1 with a rookie quarterback instead of 2-4.

Bill is a great coach but he has made some mistakes as the GM. Letting Brady go, investing a ton of money into average skill players, drafting poorly, etc. Brady used to be able to make up for that stuff. Normal QBs cannot do that. I think GM BB has made it tougher on coach BB
