Why don't blacks get to be GA's?
You think they get denied, or they just don't want to work for nothing? Because most coaches on career tracks put in time at tiny schools that pay little if at all, before getting a GA position (or two) before finally moving to a position coach.

and to become a head coach i believe you have to have a masters, which further limits the choices

Actually you just have to have a bachelors degree.
