I am outraged over the lack of Mexican, Asian and Jewish coaches. Wayyyyyyyy to many black coaches and something needs to be done about this. It's systematic suppression of these communities.

They ran with this about 7 years ago, and I feel like a lot of schools made token black hires because of it. Kentucky, Colorado, and Memphis were among them and they all failed

These people whine about there not being enough black coaches. When they get hired, and fail, the argument becomes that black coaches get hired to terrible jobs. No win situation.

College football is rigged against bad coaches. It doesn't matter what race you are, if you are a good coach, you will still be coaching. I was a little surprise McNeil was fired, but not more surprised than I was about Richt getting fired.
