Manning had already kneeled and was down.

Someone is going to take a shot at Freeman, see how Sciano likes that.

Did anybody actually take a shot at Manning? From what I saw, they just pushed the Giants' linemen back into Eli, who fell on his arse.

I think it's the same rule in the NFL, but I'm not 100% on that.

why does Coughlin think the Bucs should be worried about the Giants QB anyway?

they shouldn't. time on the clock, play to the finish if you have a chance to win

screw that old fart and the lame shouldn't have won the SB last year Giants anyway

Dan Graziano, ESPN.com:

It also shows a lack of respect. It's sore-losership. You've been beaten, fair and square, in the part of the game in which both teams were competing honestly. To try to win it cheaply with a sneaky play after the opposing team (and any other opposing team you've ever faced or ever will face) justifiably believes it to have been decided is dishonest and dishonorable.

"Try to win it cheaply with a sneaky play after the opposing team justifiably believes it to have been decided"?????

Dan Graziano has his head up his arse. Is ANY trick play thus "dishonest"?

Lots of talk of a "Gentleman's agreement"---Just because one team chooses to kneel the game out doesn't preclude the other team from not going along with it...there's no "gentleman's agreement", there's one team wanting it to end, and the other team wanting to do something about it.

The fact that they may not have a snowball's chance in hell has nothing to do with it.

The Giants, like most NY fans, are arrogant entitled obnoxious a-holes. Antonio Pierce said they did that on defense in a game when he played for the Giants. Coughlin is just a douche.

Didnt the Giants kneel to end the half? Didn't see the defense fire off the ball then. Complete bullshite play & excuse to end that game. BTW No one paid attention to how you did it at Rutgers.

I like the Bucs playing to win at the end of the game. I wish every team played like that.

Coughlin is supposed to be a huge douche, but this last game has nothing to do with that

coughlin is a pussy and needs to shut up. You didn't hear Manning complaining. Its part of the game, you play to the last second on the clock.

Manning looked pussy enough with that gymnastics fall he did. Coughlin is making a big deal about it to cover up the embarassment of ManningFace
