Dump McKay in Tampa Bay!!!
He was probably better than Spurrier b/c he did actually win the central one time.
Plus, his hat > Spurrier's visor.

Rich Kotite:
He took over the 6-10 Jets and coached them to 3-13 and 1-15 records; the next season Bill Parcells with virtually the same roster went 9-7.

The Wet Chart Game | Oct. 16, 1994 Trailing the Cowboys by 17 points in the fourth quarter on a soggy afternoon, James Joseph scored a touchdown to pull the Eagles within 24-13. Coach Rich Kotite, for unknown reasons, opted for a two-point conversion. During the post-game presser, Kotite blamed it on the rain. "I must have read my chart wrong," Kotite said. "It must have gotten wet."
