A bit different for Curry playing Westbrook once every 4-5 weeks or more, instead of 4 times in a row over a week and a half. Curry has never had to play such a player that many consecutive times at any point. Westbrook will win the race of endurance no questions asked. He's more athletic, and he plays both ends of the floor. Also, Durant is a matchup nightmare for any player in the league period. He's 6-10 and shoots jumpers, threes and drives. Over a 7-game series Durant is certainly going to wear you down.

Its not a mystery to me. I just think the 73 wins blinds everyone.

The interesting thing is Cleveland is probably thrilled with this (assuming they beat the Raptors). They matchup terribly with GS' lineup of death. At least OKC will let them keep Love on the floor consistently.

i still am not sure how much they want to do that though. they want to do that when he can effectively stretch the floor for lebron and knock down corner threes. but hes suuuuch a liability when he cant

while i don't want to discount just how fricking valuable and great of a player curry is, i do agree that going up against westbrook for multiple games in a row has certainly made things more difficult on him.

like i've said before, i like that matchup. if there's any player in the league that can somewhat affect curry on both ends of the court, it's westbrook.

i also agree with this. that 73 win mark has made people defend the warriors more than they probably should. but at the same time, i can understand why 73 wins has blinded people. the warriors' regular season was incredible. and whether they win this series or not, they are a really good team. that can't be discounted.

The death lineup has been completely countered by Durant/Ibaka at the 4/5.

The Thunder just look like they care more right now.

The Warriors have a very steep hill to climb.

I am not at all betting nor counting on anything. Warriors are still the Warriors and could get hot in a hurry.

Okay buddy.

the fact that the thunder were able to stay on the same floor as the Warriors small should've tipped you off.

Warriors blow them out at oracle next game.
Game 6 at OKC, Thunder advance.

THIS.

The Warriors would beat the doors off of the Cavs going small because Love becomes unplayable.

Said that in the part one version of Warriors should be scared.

Yeah Durant is 7'. Ibaka is 6'10. Both are better than Green.

Russ is 6'4 and much bigger and faster than Steph.

They're just bigger stronger and faster than GS

I've already said you were right and I was wrong. What else are you looking for?

groveling? general worship? is that too much to ask?

series not over. the Warriors are a resilient bunch. Not impossible they take 3. But now we have to introduce the idea that thunder could close out in 5. That would surprise me.

While I get your point. KD is 6'9 maybe 6'10, but has the length of a 7 footer.

he's actually a shade under 7'. Same way Lebron is actually 6'9 255 and not 6'8 240. KG also 7'.

KD was measured as 6'9 at the NBA combine. I believe measurements over what he thinks he is

Yeah and he was like 20 at the combine. Some people are still growing at that age.

Ditto. Lebron was 6'8 at 18. Finished at 6'9 and change.

If you look at them Durant is at least as tall as Ibaka. There he is neck bent and still taller than perk at 6'10
