And they'll get LSU if we end up bowl eligible. What a year for them!

You sure about three more wins? I'm not sure that the SEC will fill their bowl contracts. Ole Miss is already out, so that leaves 13 teams for eleven spots and eight teams have to win three or more games to get eligible. Most play each other and I could see two going to play-offs under a certain situation.

Just what the world needs. More breastaurants filled with sad old men who are so desperate to see some skin they are willing to trick themselves into thinking the crap arse frozen food they are paying too much to eat is actually good.

May as well be the modern version of pretending you subscribe to Playboy b/c the articles are great or that your subscription to Sports Illustrated had nothing to do with the special offer that included a swimsuit edition calendar and DVD.

At least Walk-On's food is decent. There are better options for that kind of food all over Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Acadiana, but it's definitely more than good enough to be a solid choice wherever it sets up outside South Louisiana.

This is good news, considering the concern that the Bowl wouldn't get a title sponsor or would get some shitty Duck Commander type deal that is all promos and fluff and no cash.

Walk-Ons gets some national exposure as they plan to expand across the southern states, and (I hope) the Bowl gets some funds. I have not seen a $$ figure yet, and it will probably have to be dragged out of them if the past is any indication.

The linked article says Walk-Ons is planning to grow:

quote:

Walk-On’s has 15 restaurant locations, including one each in Shreveport and Bossier City.

Other locations are coming soon in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas, with several additional markets across the Southern U.S. likewise on the drawing board.
