In this thread, we learn trademarks aren’t website URLs. You actually have to provide legitimate use for commerce.

The statement was clear to point out the retirement would occur *after* their review process is complete. The process could take a month or two, it could take the whole of the 2020 season; it could take 2 years or even more.
Until then, they are STILL THE REDSKINS.

Nah... they offered to work with her... they hold the trademark to the name Lady A... but she got greedy and wanted 10 million dollars. They told her to go fly a kite. Working with them would have made her alot more money than she's gonna end up getting now... which is approximately 0.
But yes... them becoming "woke" seems to have backfired bigly. And that's hilarious.

Seems pretty fair
I wouldn’t trust them to “hold the trademark”. They’ve wait until everyone forgot and then start mailing in cease and desists letters.

Just say... "You know what, forget it. We will just go back to being Lady Antebellum". I can't really imagine any of their fans have a problem with it anyways.
