Absolutely. Like peej said injuries are one thing, but if he stays healthy, IMO, he will be only a shade slower and that is above and beyond anyone else in the league anyway.

It's only $40 mil guaranteed. Not sure how it all breaks out, but as with most contracts, it's not as bad as it initially looks.

That is prob only less than Peyton and Brady and maybe Eli with the stupid contract he got

I doubt he plays the 6 years... at least not for the Eagles. Just not how the organization works.
And you have no idea if he has to get $100 mil. if he plays 6 years. No telling how much is tied up in achievement bonuses, etc.
But his first 3 years will be 14.4, 16, 16 in salary cap #. But I'm not sure what his base salary actually is etc.
