To be fair to Matt Austin, he was explaining the only way that flag could happen within the officiating rules (ie: not looking at the replay 5 minutes later). Otherwise, Clemson should have gotten away with that bs because they didn't flag it earlier, unless the booth decided it was targetting. Sounded like he didn't buy that either but wanted to cover the legality of it
