There is no amount of makeup there can make that dude look like a woman
Also seems crazy he was acquitted. He got oral sex, then went back to “verify the guys gender” weeks later. When he went back to apartment, he beat the man to death because he felt threatened and that the man had a gun. The man had no gun in his entire apartment, and only a knife found under the mattress
To enter another unarmed persons apartment, beat them to death, and then get acquitted is pretty tough to do

I don't know if my opinion would hold legal water but I would consider it manslaughter. The dead man did sexually dupe (probably legally sexual assault or rape) the killer.
Doesn't seem possible to imagine this was premeditated. Certainly sounds like it was done in a moment of irrational anger.
It would be hard to prove he intended to kill but his violence directly caused the outcome. That seems like my conception of what manslaughter is.

Yeah, they made jokes about a similar situation in the 90s.
A guy went on a Jenny Jones show about secret admirers and found out his was a guy. When the guy approached him later, he killed him.
IIRC, Norm MacDonald made jokes about his cunning plan to avoid gay sex by killing someone.
