Washington football team is literally just a description. That applies to thousands of teams. They can’t exclusively own that.

Yeah. They foolishly paid lawyers a boat load to file that ridiculous patent.
For instance my brother is a patent attorney in DC and he bills 1k/hr through his firm and he budgets roughly 40 hours to do a patent application.
