Asterisks were able to hide the buzzers. Doesn't mean they didn't use them.

Why would the MLB admit to the Astros wearing buzzers? If anything they would try to cover that up.

Altuve belted a walk-off home run off of New York Yankees flamethrower Aroldis Chapman in Game 6 of the ALCS, and he was seen making a conscious effort to keep his jersey closed and pleading with his teammates to not tear it off as he approached home plate. Rosenthal asked Altuve after the game about not wanting to have his jersey pulled off, and the infielder asked Rosenthal to repeat the question — the only time that interview he needed a question repeated — and then said his wife got upset last time his jersey was torn off.
Why does Altuve's wife care about his jersey being ripped off?

The way Altuve acted was unusual, if nothing else. In addition to fumbling a bit in the Rosenthal interview, he also went to a private area to change out of his jersey and into a championship T-shirt before celebrating with his teammates. Most Astros players did not leave the field.
Why did he leave the field to change in a private area?

Seems suspicious to me.

You’re telling me Carlos Beltran’s neice/unknown baseball players burned account wasn’t that reliable?

To be fair Eddie, he did just say he was shy so why would he change in front of everyone?

shite if they don't want sign stealing let the catcher and pitcher use technology to call pitches. I guarantee every mlb is doing all they can to steal signs.

Didn't he use that as the exact moment as to why his wife didn't like it?

And the only thing I see on that rocking bod is abs no wire.

I don't think anyone accused him of having used it in every at bat of his career. I'm just saying it seems suspicious what happened against the Yankees and the way he acted and responded regarding keeping his jersey from being pulled on.

His strange attempts to explain it make it even more suspicious.

Fair enough Pearl,

But it seems you are really just taking the word of a fake twitter account vs the mlbs.

I believe the mlb that they haven't been able to corroborate the accusation. That doesn't mean much. I don't know if the Twitter accusation is true, but the video of Altuve and his response to questions is suspicious. That's all.

I don't know if they used buzzers or not, but if they did, MLB would have to forfeit their World Series Title. MLB DOES NOT want to do that.

All I know is that tweets from random accounts are the most reliable source of information out there. We should never discredit them. I am certain that the Stros were using remote controlled vibrating buttplugs to tip off pitches. Look at how much they were smiling? That's all the proof I need.
