If you people spent half the time focusing on things happening at your own school instead of fighting our (legal) athletic branding, I think both institutions' fans would be in a much better place.

I know for a FACT representatives from LSU were actively engaged with ESPN folks insisting that they do not refer to us as Louisiana for MANY years. That even led to the score bug being changed MID GAME. It was even mentioned directly by Harold Reynolds ON AIR during our appearance in the CWS.
So yeah, having ESPN finally support the change was a major win in our branding efforts.
