Payton going pro?

Would be the worst decision he's made since he decided to work that Hair.

I dont either.... hes a stud.

But if he does, along with Long, thats a legit 1-2 punch.

Good question. Payton really could use another year to work on his shot. The USA experience last summer was good, but he needs old fashioned gym work.

Payton and Long both had great games, as good as advertised. So is McDermott though dude is legit.

Horrible decision to make some cash money after an injury-free year? Wish he would stay, but I wouldn't blame him.

If Payton doesn't get a top 20 grade he may come back. He's really young. He can average 25 ppg next year

He's projected to go mid 1st round by several sites. Although he just turned 20, he's a junior

He's damn good. He does need to work hard on those FTs tho.

He should go pro. The nba doesn't care that he can't shoot right now they can teach him, like kahwi Leonard. Or you put him on a team with shooters and he won't have to shoot jumpers

Yeah if he could shoot 75% from the line, he could average 30. No one can stay in front of him. He needs a jumper and he'd be literally unguardable

Hes projected top 20 right now.

Seen him go as early as 13th overall.

And hes 1 of the most unknown guys in the draft. I could even see him move up a few draft boards and be in the 10-15 range. Really young for a JR and has a great skill set. Hes a PG that can average over 4rebs a game. And 2.0spg.

In the Sun Belt? Yeah he could. I don't think you realize how often he gets to the line.

He was at what...19 ppg? and he's terrible at the line right now. Even though its addressable, as bad as he is, I'd be concerned as an NBA with a guy who has the ball that much being so bad at the line. Hope he comes back.
