This definitely needed it's own separate thread so all the UK fans could come in here and jack off to it.

Hell yea. We are circle jerking on this. What's funny, Pitino said they did not spend any money to get the recruit and he got "lucky".

This will blow over in about 15 seconds. Hardly a stain on his career

re: Uh oh, Pitino maybe done.
How is this considered bribery? How is it a federal crime to pay a private citizen an incentive to attend/play BB at a university?

I absolutely agree it is an NCAA violation but I do not see this as bribery.

Bribery is the practice of offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting something of value for the purpose of influencing the action of an official in discharge of his/ her public or legal duties. Bribery is a gain to an illicit advantage. Federal statutes refer to two classes of offenses: graft and bribery.

I think they were looking into misuse of federal grant money for the student athletes.

ETA: wire fraud and money laundering.

Dude, who is more Rustled, you or the actual Card fan? I am going with you. I am glad I get you so triggered with my threads.

And to cardswinagain, this sucks for y'all. Should had gott n rid of the snake and hired Mack...I certainly do not want the death penalty for y'all. Because it would crush Louisville economically with an empty Yum Center which is a cluster frick of a mess.

I would keep your powder dry for the moment, my man. I think this is about to get a lot bigger than just these seven schools. I have to think this is just the initial volley - that is how the FBI works.

at the very least they are using these guys to flip on the big guys. FBI is very much about making names for themselves, and these small fish won't do that.

Mid majors are celebrating. Bruce Pearl is crying and Kentucky basketball is about to get backfired too. If you think Calipari is squeaky clean y'all are crazy.

This will be epic. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the big time AAU handlers go down as well.
