Sucks to see Volk losing his speed, but man isn't he so damn good.

One of my all time favorites. Hell of a fighter but also seems like a great dude. Easy to pull for that guy.

Just checking in to say Volk is top 3 all time. He's still putting down these young hungry killers at 38 years old and IMO is the only person to beat Islam

Volk has 4 losses in his career. One from 13 yrs ago in his 4th professional fight and his only UFC losses were to the eventual 170 and 155 champs.
Dude is an absolute and total legend. He's getting UFC Mt Rushmore territory.
