Bryce might think the world is round after that KO.

Comment of the night right here. Bryce only had a couple extra brain cells to spare. I think he lost the rest of them last night

I enjoyed the card, but overall it was kind of a lump of coal before Christmas.

Colby fighting afraid was a major letdown. Just wanted to watch an exciting fight. This is the third notable time I've seen this recently. Volkanovski admitting that he didn't do any of the things that he told himself he was going to do versus Islam was the more recent one, and then Aldana freezing against Nunes was the third. Also, Adesanya got in his head after being rocked by Strickland. I guess it's understandable, such high stakes fights in front of millions are more than enough to get anyone paralyzed by fear, but it's no fun to watch when it happens.

I don't know, kinda didn't like Pantoja's victory. Yeah, great, you got a bunch of takedowns and laid on top of him for a long time, partly because you were gassed. So you were good at keeping him down, so what? Royval wanted to fight, that's what people pay to see.

Colby fighting afraid is unforgivable. Tucker said it one time, fear is repellent. Here's Strickland's take on Colby: X link

All that said, looking forward to the UFC returning in January. To me it's the perfect thing on a Saturday, gonna miss having it for the 3-4 weeks break. I think it's the best thing going in general. Merry Christmas all.

yeah it was jus one of those card where everyone fought timid or smart... whatever you want to call it. It sucked thats for sure. I didnt watch the prelims but it looked like they were good. And josh emmett definitely set the tone on what should have been a great ppv with his knockout of bryce mitchell.

not too often that a UFC PPV doesnt deliver but this one surely didnt.

On to the next though and there are some good fights upcoming and notable cards like 299 in miami and ufc 300 which will definitely be stacked. dana also talked about a fight night in saudi which is gonna be loaded more than the typical fight night. fight night in mexico with moreno vs albazi. alot of good stuff in the 1st half of next year.

I do think some of the divisions are lacking dogs at the top... especially 170.

I think shavkat needs another fight and build a little more muscle before fighting Leon.

He has the skill set, but he’s not the athlete Leon is.
