If you think McGregor could've gone another 2 rounds, you're out of your mind. He was trying his best to knock out Poirier in the first round because he knew he couldn't last.

It'll take a long time to come back from that. Be broke through both bones in his leg. Technically it will grow back just as strong, if not stronger for a brief time, but you know he'll be thinking about that with every kick in the future.

He would have won round 1, but it wasn’t as big of an arse beating as some of ya’ll are making it seem.
They both landed some great blows on the feet. Conor made a mistake with trying to go to the ground, but it wasn’t he actually held up well given their ground skill gap.
If the fight stayed on the ground, Porier would have won. It’s a coin toss standing up.
