Agreed. Love the top two fights and I’m fired up for Sean O’Malley making his return.

Stylebender stops Yoel.

Joanna Champion stuns Zhang to take back the belt then rematches Thug Rose and loses again.

Always a possibility with that animal but Adesanya is too much right now imo. If he can catch Whittaker and stop him then he can catch Yoel. Yoel has been in too many wars the last few years.

Adesanya will pick Romero apart if Romero does that weird, lazy rope-a-dope thing he tends to do.

Joanna looks to be in great shape, but she’s going to lose handily.

I’m most looking forward to the return O Malley. The Sugar Show is back.

Love Yoel, would love to see him pull off the upset of his life.

Whittaker was supposed to be on this card as well against Cannonier but withdrew. 185 division is stacked at the top with those four savages (Adesanya, Whittaker, Costa, Romero).

Adesanya -270, laying 135 to win 50.

Joana “she’s(Zhang) getting too cocky and arrogant”. Talk about lacking a sense of awareness.

I used to be a fan of Joanna but she has fallen off the deep end. She has also lost the killer instinct she one had. Now she just talks nonsense.

I think zhang beats her. If rose knocked her out this chick will send her to the moon.

Yes indeed! More excited about his fight than any of them. Special talent.

It would be great for the sport if Adesanya keeps winning, but Yoel is a terrifying matchup for anyone. Yoel has an iron chin and can make the lights go out at any time. I still think stylebender will out point him but who knows what happens if it gets messy or Romero gets him to the ground.

This is actually a really good card. Lots of awesome up and comers in the prelims like Sean O'Malley(undefeated coming off a two suspension from Usada) and Mark Madsen(olympian wrestler who is undefeated in MMA).

Weili Zhang will KO Joanna. That's the safest bet on the card imo. Some people still dont know how dominant this girl is, but they will after tonight.

Her next defense will be against Thug Rose.

Style Bender vs Yoel Romero is gonna be an incredible fight. Style Bender has to be the favorite, but I think Vegas has the odds a little too far in Izzy's favor. They currently have him at -290, I think its closer to -180. Yoel Romero is still Yoel fricking Romero! Dude is the scariest dude in the UFC. Every person that fights him says afterwards that it felt like they were hitting concrete or steel. That it hurts to hit or kick him. Dude won a silver medal at the olympics, is a freak athlete and is impossible to knock out. He knows this is likely his last title shot and he seems more focused and hungry than ever. I thik Yoel has a real shot here.

Gonna be a fun night of fights. The last two title fights are gonna be awesome.

I agree with both your takes, Yoel definitely has a shot if he focuses on wrestling and holding Israel down. Johanna is gonna get worked, the chick from China is tough.

On a side note, a friend was prepping for a fight last week and had Rose, Raquelle, and Tecia in her camp. Really cool pic with the ladies and Pat Berry.

I’m sorry, but I hate it how everytime there’s a woman’s fight, the UFC feels obligated to include it as a co-main event - all in the name of equality

Waters down the card big time IMO.. adesanya/romero is a HUGE matchup, but the rest of the card pretty much sucks

How much longer until o’malley gets some pub? I enjoy watching him fight

Championship fights are always co-main events dummy. And if there arent belts on the line it goes by rankings

I can somewhat agree most of the time but these two for the title at 115 is going to be fireworks.

One problem with WMMA is that it is extremely top heavy, but that's to be expected since it's relatively new compared to the men. That being said the top few fighters in each division are legit and entertaining to watch because they have legit finishing capabilities.

Womens mma is pretty big. It is one of the few sports worn are well paid, respected, and can turn into big stars.

Both women in this fight are popular fighters. Joanna more in western world and zhang in China, which is a huge market for mma’s future. You can bet Dana white is hoping zhang destroys Joanna.
