I just think it'd be a way more accurate representation of people in that weight division. I think it's crap a guy can come in the day before and be the weight but on fight day be 10 pounds plus over his weight class limit.

I know it is just a dumb little thing I bitch about. Just kind of a misnomer saying the guy fights at 205 but he might weigh 220 when he fights.

i actually agree with this.
cutting weight is not healthy. i think it would be far better for the fighters to have some sort of two tier weigh in system that guarantees the fighters are actually 150 lbs or whatever, not 160 and cut 10 at the end.
