Tuned in to ESPN only to find that UCLA has no fans in Pauley Pavilion. What a clown show that school and California is. Looks like the school put that in place. Why would a player want to go there (or any school in California) other than to be seen on TV?

They had a packed house vs Villanova in November, but now, no one is allowed in. fricking laughable.

Why are you rolling your eyes? Why would any recruit choose to go play somewhere that deals with far worse covid restrictions in terms of fans, testing, etc

I’m sure the weather and the women are more of a deciding factor than crowd size.

Everyone is jabbed in California. Big recruiting advantage. Wouldn’t you agree, OT Dr Lsupride?

This Oregon squad is not very good. UCLA should be ashamed

It's a pretty valid question considering what's been happening in college football recently. What was it - 4 of the top 5 preseason college FB teams had QB's who went to high school within 20 miles of SC and none of them played for any school west of the Rockies?

If the universities don't place emphasis on athletics, attendance, and enthusiasm, it pretty clearly trickles down. It has downstream effects on engagement, money, etc. The PAC 12 is in more than a bit of a shite spot because of the last two years of Covid policy compared to their other P5 peers.

The real advantage is the respect and admiration of your leftist peers.
