Now if Miley can prove that he did nothing of the sort then the defamation suit will be epic. But if he is connected he deserves what he gets.
why? for practicing capitalism? literally nobody forced skaggs to take it, to take too much or anything of the sort
if miley did provide the drugs...all he was doing was providing a product that had a demand

for real in all seriousness...i have posted before that my real mom is a pill head. was my whole life, luckily I had an amazing father who got me out of there......if there is one thing I learned its that they will get their pills no matter what. Im not saying what Miley did was correct, but Skaggs was gonna get it from him or some other place, prolly sketchier. People like Skaggs understand but do not care about the consequences.
in the end nobody forced him to take it, he did so on his own free will. He made the choices and his family should live with those consequences. Its not like he OD on Fent or something he couldnt see coming. Bottom line is once you go down this road....it can take you a bunch of different ways and Skaggs found his path. Unfortunate but was his choice from the start all the way to the end.
I watched it in my own life, so as much as it may make you mad, there is some truth to my post i made above jokingly. If they have a case against Miley, get him prosecuted, otherwise this is BS imo.

Secondhand information from an agent regarding Miley giving some Percocet to Skaggs in 2013. To my recollection, that was near when the opioid epidemic was taking off. How many times did he give it to him? There’s a ton of information missing here while these sites are making some serious allegations against Miley.
