“SMU WR Trey Quinn has 106 catches on 143 targets, 1191 yards, 12 TDs, 2 drops and 12 forced MTs.
Tops the nation with 1.89 drop rate with at least 80 targets.”
Lot of people need to eat some crow

He grew as a player. He's much better now than he was here. There's no crow that needs to be eaten.

The amount love for a guy who was rightfully benched and then bailed on the team rather than try and earn his spot back is insane.

Wish that would have been case in Baton Rouge.
Good luck to him.
Good luck to him.

Rightfully?
LOL
Yet it's perfectly acceptable to be huge fan boys of Tyran Matthieu?
And FTR I love the honey badger, I just don't care for double standards.

I call it a pass and a half. The second one really wasn’t a drop. The one drop was HUGE, though. However, DJ Chark had an even more costly error when he failed to catch that bomb that would have hit his helmet had he kept running.

He dropped a pass that cost us a game vs Bama...

What does this have to do with LSU?
Posted on 11/29/17 at 5:57 pm to tigerskin
could've been a stud, except we (coaches and fans) overreacted SEVERELY

True but what about that 4th qtr D to blame any?

Yeah drop some big passes in a big game and you get benched. How is that not justified?
It isn’t like he sat on the bench for years before transferring he was gone at the end of the season.
Also compare his career to Tyrann who didn’t actually quit on the team.Tyrann was one of the greatest playwrs to ever play for LSU
Trent has like 15 catches and transferred.

It’s unfortunate how significant some of his drops have been. I remember watching him against West Monroe in high school and thinking this kid and Malachi would blow up at LSU....

Good for him. He's at a school that throws the ball a ton and playing in the type of offense he wanted.

He’s better off at SMU. Would have never gotten those numbers with our qb play and heavy run offense
