This doesn't end with him spending weekends in county for a month and 1 yr probation. Society is much less forgiving than the courts. Ask Ray Rice or Joe Mixon. Any person or company that Googles his name will see a video of him sucker punching Grandpa Frank for the next 15 years. If you're getting blackout drunk in public and can't handle yourself, it'll catch up to you these days

Dude is an a-hole and deserves to be arrested for assault. However, with the guy facing him and pointing his finger in his face, I'm not sure this meets the standard of "sucker punch." If that was a sucker punch, then every 1st punch in every altercation is a sucker punch. Imho, of course.

There is certainly a time and place to stand at pro games, I doubt there were many during a Thursday night Week 6 Eagles Panthers game though
I did have a guy in my section at the Astros-Red Sox playoff game last week constantly bitching at me and everyone else standing to sit down when we would stand for big moments. That was a little ridiculous.

Yeah sucker punch is one of the most overused fighting terms ever. If you are arguing, that's not a sucker punch.
Sucker punch is like you are waiting on a beer at the bar by yourself, and some guy comes up and punches you out of nowhere with no words exchanged.
The video was just a cheap arse shot, but most fights start with a cheap shot. Its not like guys normally wait to fight until they've both agreed to throw down.
