kemba is developing into a good chucker who doesn't turn it over much and rebounds well for his tier

but once (if?) the bobcats get a bit better, his usage will plummet and so will his PER

al jeff, for instance, will eat up a good bit of that usage by demanding the ball in iso-post situations

kemba's D is also mediocre at best (but still better than kyrie's, to be fair)

PER is a good metric to help but it isn't the only.

bledsoe is getting hype for his defense and possible offense developing. conley is already elite defensively and has an established offensive game. anybody who puts bledsoe over conley doesn't pay enough attention.

As a life long Suns fan and with us reportedly moving Dragic to SG, I have to be optimistic. I'm excited about him and it's my list.

PER is a stat sheet rating, not a talent/performance measurement. Hell it doesn't factor in defense at all.

Jrue Holiday 21st in PER. I think we've made a huge mistake

if only performances involved stats

yes, it is an offensive efficiency rating

it's a valuable tool, but not a singular measurement that ranks players' overall performances

It is one season to be fair.

And I think Walker is better than people give him credit for.

If John Wall plays like he did the last month or so of last season he may be in the top 5 this time next year. He was an absolute beast and now they have added another good player to their perimeter.

Any list not including Mike Conley is laughable. You just need to look at how he played during the playoffs and his increased stats after Rudy Gay's departure. He is also only 25, so he is still developing.
