Not that I necessarily disagree, well I think Bill Belichick was a better decision. However, I found these comments funny:

LINK /

First this
quote:

recalled Kraft. “And he looked me in the eye and said ‘I’m the best decision this organization has ever made.’ It looks like he could be right.”

Then this
quote:

he’s just a very unusual young man and a great leader,” said Kraft. “He’s matured beautifully and he still kept his humility. I’m really happy that we have him as our quarterback.”

This only matters because people hate Tom Brady because he's successful.

I find it comical that a Kobe fan starts this thread.

Kobe and Tom Brady are the two most unbearable people in sports.

Ok, now try unplugging your computers, packing them up, and sending them to someone else and see if that works.

ETA: Here's a hint for the impaired - This ISN'T a Brady bashing thread.

Kobe fan...hating Tom Brady. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. If Drew Brees said the same thing would you post a thread laughing at him? Serious question.

Every thread should be as far as I'm concerned. Who gives a shite about Tom Brady.

So one thing he has said as a rookie trying to prove himself is more important than the 10+ years of giving his team credit after every single win?

Really?

ehh

tom brady, at first, was the "oh gosh gee willickers" all american boy that was humble and it played a big part in developing his image. he's gone hollywood, but people keep trying to push that original image

it's not all about hate. it's actually hilarious to think about his public image transformation

Kudos to you for at least being able to read. It's a wonder these other posters can even function.

If he was a mediocre QB and tried that, the Boston Media would have let him have it.

This is getting ridiculous. READ what I wrote. Pay attention to the underlined and bolded words. Use deduction. Thanks.

He could take a page out of the big Phil Rivers book on humility.

I deducted that your original thread idea sucked, and decided to voice my own opinion on the matter.

Taking two quotes from over ten years ago and saying that they are hypocritical when viewed in a particular context isn't very thread worthy.

oh i agree. it's just funny to me, esp since people still keep up the "golly gee willickers" mystique when discussing him

i could give a frick. he's a great QB and i don't judge players based on their non-sport life typically

the one thing about brady i cannot stand is this myth that he was a fricking backup at Michigan

Oh, and inb4 Saints fans screaming Drew Brees is the most humble guy on the planet and hands out 100 dollar bills to the homeless.

He's had at least two plastic surgeries done on his face, at the very least.

I'm not going to lie, I would probably dive in front of a bullet for him.

That is kind of funny.
