His roster is horrendous. They've been playing Justise Winslow at PG (which has actually worked). He's a good coach; they just have given him a horrendously constructed team.
They have over 100 million committed to Whiteside, Tyler Johnson, James Johnson, Dragic, Olynyk and Dion Waiters this year.

Either way. He's had teams with talent since Bron left in the "shitty East" and really had only one not shitty season since he left.
I like the dude, don't get me wrong. But what merit\evidence is there that he's actually a top 5 coach in the NBA? or even top 10?
