#Pelicans will hold out hope for #Celtics’ Jayson Tatum and not deal Anthony Davis to #Lakers before deadline, insider insists. #NBA
Just for clarity sake, Amico is generally considered one of the worst in the business and likely knows nothing.

Also looks like Pelicans got no bites on Julius Randle. He is back to being available for tonight's game, will likey be active, and Will Guillory of The Athletic just had a basically PR tweet that the Pelicans really like him and hope he can be a part of the future.

Amico called a guy on Suns Twitter "podcast boy" the other day

Always loved Julius, and think he would be a solid guy next to Porzingis here in Dallas

Watching him play this year has been very frustrating.
He tries pretty hard and he can score, but he plays absolutely zero defense, is reckless, and is a bit of a blackhole.
I can see why a fan would like him but a team wouldn't.

Yeah, but he's always given the Mavs fits

Agree with all of that. I still like him tho. When motivated, he’s an absolute dog.

The Jazz are reportedly unwilling to include Dante Exum (ankle) in a potential Mike Conley deal. Utah's final offer to Memphis is reportedly Ricky Rubio, Derrick Favors and a first and second-round pick, but Detroit remains in the conversation. Conley is under contract through 2021, so the Grizzlies could hold off on dealing him until the offseason if they don't get an offer they like by Thursday.
Boy, yall better throw in that scrub

Comment stolen from Reddit:
LeBron is L.E.B.R.O.Ning the Lakers
Lift franchise to playoffs
Envision success
Become head coach
Request more talent
Omit future outlook
Negotiate contract with new team
Alternatively:
Lift franchise
Erode chemistry
Get more established players
Move to a new team

He is, but he's best suited for a 15-20 minute a game role. Come in and be a spark.
Anything more than that is too much.

Are they trying to say that LeBron would retire with a new team?

If Miami gets anything more than a fake 2nd out of this it'll be some shite
Posted on 2/6/19 at 2:44 pm to MrPappagiorgio
I would think it will be Miami sending the pick to eat his contract.

Anderson+Bender for TJ+Waiters and draft picks
Frees up some money for Miami this season and gives Phoenix some rebuilding capital. And salaries work.

Here's a strong rotation trade candidate who is part of Miami/Phoenix trade: Heat guard Wayne Ellington is being sent to the Suns, sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @WatchStadium.

So to sum up Tyler Johnson and Wayne Ellington to the Suns for Ryan Anderson. There are no picks involved in this trade.
