That blazer pick has to be one of the more attainable top 3 picks in some time

Hard not to feel this is rigged when we never see the actual process.

I mean Lebron to the Cavs? That was just luck of the draw as well huh?

Yeah, the powers that be are definitely rigging it for the cities of Cleveland and San Antonio

I’m not disagreeing with his skill set but if the NBA has shown anything it’s that guys that tall tend to not have long successful careers. And the ones that do put on a bunch of weight.

He will obviously have to gain mass. But the skills at that height and length is historically unprecedented. You will take that 19 yr old prospect 100/100

Seeing dallastiger this upset makes me happier than fresh tortillas from the hot and ready section at my H-E-B

It’s going to be even more exciting welcoming him as the franchise face of the new Austin Spurs

I remember when the big knock on KD was that he could only bench press 12 lbs.

Not claiming it’s rigged but this is an asinine argument. Bottom feeder?

The Spurs have had a couple of down years, but they remain one of the model franchises and along with the Lakers and Warriors, the most successful of the past quarter century. Plus have one of the best coaches of all time.

I really hate that a talent like this ends up with a scumbag like popovich. the man is an absolute fraud of a coach

This kid is different, usually I would agree with what you say, but this kid is different from every big man I've seen before him that size. Big men that size are usually slow, lethargic, clumsy and always injury prone like you said because of their tremendous size. Their bones are almost brittle like and they don't have very long careers. But this kid from what I've seen doesn't have any of those issues, he moves really well for someone that size, almost like a much smaller player. He shows no signs of the bone issues that men that size show, so, he should be able to put on more weight and size with no issues at all. He'll naturally fill out anyways as he ages and gets older. He's really fluid with his movements for someone that size, he dribbles and shoots like a small guard. Smh This kid is a real freak!

Anyone who is questioning Wenbanyama is being purposely obtuse or has not actually seen him play. He is fricking insane. He could certainly bust but it’s really difficult to see how aside from injuries

Still soft and never won anything outside of pairing up with a team that was already a dynasty

The Spurs get garbage ratings, even when good, so throw out the rigging argument. Plus I strongly suspect Gregggkkk Popovich will soon meet his demise doing what he allegedly loves best: getting f-ed in the arse by donkeys.

The turnaround could be swift. Spurs drafting has been underrated when you look at how well former spurs are playing.

Give me Jordan Walsh or Coulibaly with that next pick.

Pop is old and in 3 years he will give the team to the butch assistant coach to coach him.
