Nobody has ever accused Tim of being a smart man.

Did he say he is better or that he is praying he is better. Big difference with Tebow

Eli played with a lot of 3-stars and almost no NFL skill players in a totally different era of college offense.

Corral had Kiffin cooking up all sorts of easy reads and wide open guys. Corral was a great QB for Ole Miss but I think its hard to compare apples to apples in this era of college offenses.

I like Corral too, Tim, but lets not be ridiculous.

Corral has better stats, but I think it's hard to argue he was actually better

Qell, Archie would not be a great qb in today's game.
Eli was solid at OM, but I don't think he'd put up the numbers in today's game that a more athletic qb would.
Honestly, what does best qb mean? Numbers? Wins? Completion %? Who knows anymore.
Eli's got a damn good resume

I'd take Archie over any current SEC quarterback not named Bryce Young

Greg McElroy also said last year's Ole Miss team was the best team in school history.

Ole Miss finished in the top five for four straight seasons in 1959 - 1962 and was the only unbeaten team in college football in 1960.

Ole Miss Eli Manning has become underrated over time. Dude was a very good college QB.

LOL, scrambling in the early 70s is a little different than today. He would be slow today, basically.
FYI, Fran Tark was better than Archie

This is true. Corral was a warrior carrying the football though. Keeping plays alive and picking up huge third down conversions are what kept us in a lot of games we eventually won.

He could of had a Heisman-level season (at least stats wise) if he didn't get injured and he had a better supporting cast of weapons... he was throwing to scrubs mostly the 2nd half of the season.

This has to be a joke. It’s got everything. It’s got your instead of you’re, it’s got a major reading comprehension failure, and then calling someone a dumbass afterwards.

Has to be a troll
