Sounds like probable cause to me. And at a minimum it's reckless driving.

Regardless...Tiger needs to wreck less.

60 days in the cooler would be just about right.

Honestly, I'm just glad someone else didn't get hurt. This could have been absolutely tragic for an innocent bystander.

Was a woman throwing shite at him when he was driving again? If not, he's lucky to get away without a criminal charge (or at least seriously investigated for driving while impaired).

I sort of feel bad for him, but he creates his own problems. And none of this was unavoidable.

I've done it once, but not for long enough to accelerate to over 80mph.

I read it as he was already doing like 70 and when he started to lose it he caught the wrong pedal, not that he accelerated an additional 40mph

But not sure how he skated without even a speeding ticket yet alone reckless driving

Tiger has participated in high risk behaviors including reckless driving and substance abuse.

I hope somebody close to him is trying to help him figure out the underlying cause of these choices.

At minimum, he should at least be evaluated for depression. He’s been through a lot of life stressors and he may need cognitive behavioral therapy or even medications.

Tigers savior as much as anything might’ve been the medical personnel and severe injuries.

It limits the opportunity for “thought I smelled alcohol” and wouldn’t have a good opportunity to say he was acting impaired.

Oh, that the cops seemed to be fan boys likely helped too. But simply driving fast isn’t great PC or they could draw on plenty of offenses. And they didn’t have his speed immediately. Shocked he got no tickets though.

So, they're basically saying he inherited his Asian mother's driving skills. It all makes sense now.
