With his legal team charges are most likely being dropped or reduced . Either way he has a problem and has shown he cannot make good decisions with it . It was not a single car accident this time he hit another one and is lucky no one else is injured .

The dude sure can drive a golf ball, but can’t drive a car.. I don’t care how much pain he may be in…. With his money he can get anyone to drive him anywhere..

The 8 hours is all the jail time he will see.. I’m still wondering what he hit back when he was found asleep in his wrecked car a few years back.

Sheriffs press conference just confirmed pills, 0 on breathalyzer and refused urine analysis but was clearly impaired and under influence at scene.
Same thing he did in LA when he almost got his leg cut off.

Also what exactly will a urine test prove if you are prescribed pain pills? They going to look for the specific amount in your urine?
Yes, they can test the concentration of whatever drug was in your system. Further, just because you’re taking a drug lawfully doesn’t mean you can drive on it lawfully.

with this news, Georgia football has offered an NIL deal

yeah it’s why they say don’t drive or operate heavy equipment when you get the script and is sometimes on the label.

I don’t think he was drunk. I think he was on pain pills for the million surgeries he’s had. But he needs to stop fricking driving if he has to take all these drugs to get through the day. Prob needs to stop trying to be a competitive golfer as well. Thats not going to help him stop feeling pain

quote:Yup, if certain drugs show up in a test in these circumstances, it's an automatic DUI. Basically, there isn't a level where it turns into a crime.
Further, just because you’re taking a drug lawfully doesn’t mean you can drive on it lawfully.
He refused the urine test which in itself is a crime he was charged with. The real shite test for him is to see if he doesn't drive after his license is suspended. Get a driver, Tiger.

Still popping pain pills if I had to guess. You think he'd have just a full-time driver at this point. Dude has been crashing out for years, figuratively and literally.
Dude almost had his leg amputated and has had like 12 back surgeries. It would not surprise me if he isn’t on some pain management program. He probably has life long pain and needs the meds just to function. Just because you take the pills everyday doesn’t mean you are impaired. At some point you get used to the dosage and can function.
My understanding is they had to arrest him for DUI because he refused the test not because he was actively impaired. A good lawyer will be able to get him out of it.

I watched the police chief give a statement. He failed the field sobriety test so they arrested him. He took a breathalyzer at the station and blew 0.00. He refused a urine test which I assume is part of their implied consent laws so he was also charged with failure to provide a lawful test. But they definitely thought he was impaired which is why the arrest was made
